Do you have a mod list? From what I can see in the photos, it has aftermarket exhaust, suspension, AVS VS-5 wheels, Blitz BOV and HKS airfilter (spit...) Do your engine a big favour and scrap the crap HKS filter and return to stock.

thankyou for advice on filter because i need to get a new one anyway, im going to be asking for alot of advice on my engine as i have never really delt with something so extreme.

Best intake to use on stock turbos, is the stock airbox, as it has 2 x cool air feeds (one at front under the bonnet, the other below the headlight) and superior filtration. The aftermarket pod filters have a smaller/poorer filtration area and just suck in hot air from the engine bay, so just help to wear your engine and reduce power.
