Changing my stereo, and are considering one of those stereos that an Ipod can be plugged into.
Does anyone know who makes them?
Cheers!
I have an Alpine 9885R and with the addition of a KCA-420i adapter I can run an iPod directly through the h/u.
I also know there is a similar setup with Pioneer h/u's
Alpine and Pioneer both do a number of ipod compatible head units.
I can get head units at very good deals here in HK, if you want a price have a look at the following sites and let me know which models you are interested in.

the DEH-P80MP unit Nic is selling works great (I have one) but you'll need CD-IB100 adaptor
Worth the little extra £s though as Playlists are easily accessible
I LOVE mine and haven't used a CD for months
