Replacing the inner plastic boot lid - ideas please

Hello everyone!

I recently got a sub put into my Supra ... which means now that the plastic lid covering the boot doesnt fit well ... and ... I've been wondering how to go about fitting something a little smarter ... alas I'm a complete newbie as far as working on a car goes so any help / advice or good sites to look up would be much appreciated.
