Jake
I'd take it Phoenix in Watford. Not exactly the area you said but worth the trip.

JohnA
There are 8-odd litres of oil in total, if you manage to drain at least half of that you've done well.

Jspec Germany
Is it possible to do this yourself? I have access to a full-up auto-shop. If so, what does the process entail?
Terminator
Is it possible to do this yourself? I have access to a full-up auto-shop. If so, what does the process entail? Yes it is, there are threads on here about it. Basically you refill and drain at the same time using the cooler hoses and some extra tubing.Hot box and engine running. Move the stick about during the last few litres to ensure maximum change. I think it is suggested that about 10L of fluid is pumped through carefully measuring what comes out.
