psymon Posted October 16, 2005 Share Posted October 16, 2005 Hi Guys I am interested in changing the bonnet on my TT to a Jun/Top Secret/Abflug but would like to know how much water ingress goes down those large vents and into the engine bay. I have some bling under there and don't want it to get ruined and does this affect any electrical stuff. RobSheffield Posted October 16, 2005 Share Posted October 16, 2005 mate they usually have mesh to prevent rivers running down (but they dont all come with mesh) but you have to realise SOME water ingress will occur try to make sure you get decent bonnet pins fitted, or the stock latch points are moulded into the bonnet Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
