Ok I have tralled through the forums and the net looking for helpful tips before I started and found quite a lot. However, after removal of the dash bits and the old headunit I planeed to plug in the new one with the harness and test it.

HOWEVER!!!! The headunit is dead so I tralled back through the forums looking for the wiring diagram which I have but am confused by now as my connector is not the shape of the one in the diagram. Please look below.

I managed to get the photos of both sides of the iso block and the last one is all the wires that have come through from the amp. Now as I try to match these colours up to the diagram I get a headache! That green and brown wire on the 3rd picture doesn't even go into the ISO block! Arrrrrgggghhhh!!!

Before anyone asks its a Halfrauds ISO harness (PC2-17-4). Any ideas on whats wrong?

sorry can't help you dude (doing mine was a major PITA).

...but that yellow line looks very dodgy.
Is the connection ok?

Hope you sort it!
Good luck

Halfrauds ISO harness (PC2-17-4) is the correct one.

It connects it to the wiring harness thats on the passenger side of the tunnel, behind the radio.

2 connectors on the harness go into the 2 on the car wiring.

Can't remember what they look like now.

Looks to me like someone has done some bodging with those wires.

Yeah I have the two differently shaped connectors on the harness but can only find the one plug?!?!?! The other is for the rear stuff so not bothered on that right now until the fronts are working properly.

That connector and the wires looks fooked, I'd buy a new one and stick that in to see if it works......
