Na's....only NOS will gain you an appreciable boost in power (or turbocharging your NA..)

DO NOT FIT AN INDUCTION KIT. THEY WILL LOSE YOU POWER.

thanks Alex, why will i lose power with an induction kit?

Cause you'll suck in hot air instead of cold....unless you carfully construct a box to seal the induction kit away from the engine...which is a PITA.

And don't forget someone recently posted up a loss in mid-range performance by fitting a big phat 'zaust onto an NA as well.

I picked up my 94 manual supra today, what fun it is!.It has an induction kit already fitted plus a huge exhaust,i dont notice any power loss!,it goes like a rat.T :OK: he induction kit seems well away from the engine so is that the reason?

Like you being 'CJ' doesn't stop anyone else registering the usernames 'C J' or 'C.J.'
Not a problem is it?
