Number plate dimensions

can someone help me out please?

I should pick up my supe this saturday, all being well, and I need some number plates for it. I believe the dimensions are 6 1/2 inch by 13 inch (at least that's what I measured them as).

I'm going to have an image at the side where the Euro flag or a jap flag or would go (obviously this is for show use only ).

My question is how wide is this image normally so I know what size to make it?

am afraid i'm not sure what size the plates are but imho an image just looks a little tacky......this does of course depend on what image you put there!

The car's completely standard looking, so nothing too overboard.

well if it was a red supra (which I wouldn't mind) then a red supe pic wouldn't be bad at all.

however it's pink... i mean silver.

As soon as I go see it on Saturday I'll bung some pictures up. So can't wait.

must admit, if it wasn't the red one i've got it would have to be black or silver....couple of turbos would be nice as well but what ya gonna do?

I don't think there's any standard colour that I don't like, but I think the best ones are defo black and gunmetal, but the right one came up (TT6 - low miles) and it happened to be silver, so...
