Hi folks, just attempting to fit my Alpine head unit and I've got no power when it's all hooked up. The guy I got it off says it could be the arial (and since i need to buy an adaptor for the arial to fit this could be the case!) but i just wondered if any of you guys had had the same probs????? Ta very muchio!
It wont be the aerial if there is no power.
Try swapping the two power wires :)

Hmmm, er, which ones are the power wires? I'm a bit dumb when it comes to anything more than just sticking the unit in and plugging in the iso connectors!!! He told me that with his 200sx the antenna acted as the earth so just wondered if this rang any bells with anyone!!! :tumble:

no worries
i believe you've got to take the dash completly apart to get to everything. I think there a "how to" process on the MKIV.COM site that i used.
good luck !
