ive fully decatted and fitted n1 exhaust with restrictor gasket half way down the system,
it will only pull 12psi, ive got a big front cooler on, would this loose a couple of psi ?..

should be seeing more than 12psi matey.....Maybe try and reset your ECU and see if that helps ;)

12psi is roughly stock boost, without the cats and with the N1 you should see a boost increase. It could be that the restrictor ring you have fitted is limiting boost, opening the hole out a bit in the restrictor ring should help increase max boost, aim for around 18psi max.
