Hey,
I'm sticking in a Slimline PS2 in the car. It's great, fits in the lower glove box
I'm about to order a inverter for power. The bloke at the store where I got the PS2 from told me he used a DC converter attached to the cigarette lighter which has worked for him. I've tried this, matching up the voltage but all I get is the red power light. sometimes when I turn the voltage down, I get the green light for a second.
The PS2 needs 8.5V DC power/5.65A
Do I have to get an Inverter, if so what wattage rating?
Is there a non Inverter solution?
Thanks,
Ro
