Changing Gearbox Oil

Have many people changed their own oil on the V160 gearbox? How do you manage to get the angle to be able to refill it again once it is drained, because even though I have a bottle from another brand oil to transfer my V160 oil to, to fill it, I don't think i can get the passenger side high enough to put all the oil in. The only other option i can see if to just put one side of the car up on ramps, but not too sure if that will be high enough either. Just don't want to drain it if I can't get the fluid back in!!

Cheers guys.

I used one of those pneumatic brake bleeder kit things, attached to my spare tyre, to force the gearbox oil into my BMW once, because I had a similar issue with the fill plug being so close to the tranny tunnel that I couldn't get the oil bottle past the horizontal to refill it.

Because the oil was so thick, it took bloody ages, but it did work.
