when im finnaly bpu, should i get the car on rollers? or will the ecu uprate everything automatically? what league of cars am i likely to be able to beat on the roads?

It's a good idea to get the car on a dyno and get the fueling checked to be on the safe side. The stock ECU/fueling usually is able to cope with 1.1-1.2bar. Reset the ECU by disconnecting the battery, it may run a little lumpy to start with, but should relearn settings after a ten minute drive.

A BPU Supra should be able to match/see off a Ferrari 355 in a straight line.
