sorry dude, I always cut the wires and meter them as my installs are pretty substantial. Maybe some one will be along soon who knows about the harness's for them.

I *think* you need to follow the wires back to where they disappear down into the passenger side carpet and disconnect the sockets that are there and use those ones to connect up to the head unit. Possibly using the wiring adapter between the two, maybe not, I forget.

EDIT TO ADD :
Here you go mate, I found the old thread I was thinking of, from back when I had the same problem : http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=9968&highlight=head+unit+wir%2A

Jakes correct, you need to disconnect the plugs that are down by the passenger side footwell and link your PC2-17-4 between those plugs and your new stereo, you'll lose the use of your stock amp (under passenger seat) and the factory sub in the boot (if you have one), but thats no great loss as there a pile of poop anyway.

Second that. DO NOT CUT ANYTHING. IF you have to cut the stock wiring then you have the wrong connector. In the second to last picture looking at the 3 white plugs by the passenger footwell, unplug the 2 closest to the bulkhead and you should find one end of your connectors go into those sockets and the other iso end into your stereo- hey presto!!

Cheers peeps!
All done it was the 2 big connectors under the carpet lip in the pic and straight into the adaptor.

The finished result:

(Note): I didn't cut the dash the stereo is in from the back and the outer bezel doesn't join to the stereo the way it should but is clipped to the dash in a non damaging way.
