just noticed that - a bleed valve, on a Supra? cos he is too pikey to buy a boost controller!

im sure it worked well with the superchip!

I don't THINK they are, although they cost him £500 each (u wuz robbed innit).

bleed valve and superchip, that should take care of boost control and fuelling.

I'm sure the Blitz airfilter will help show some good leakdown figures, too, closer to a 200-300K mile example perhaps.

As stated, all rolling road reports are available, 400 BHP is acheivable purely by chipping the ecu. Superchip is a brand of chipping the ecu where you can gain upto 25% more BHP on a turbo car instantly. A top quality exhaust on a turbo charged car can gain upto 40BHP, so as you can see it is incredibly easy to get over 500BHP just by spending two or three grand, then obviously, there is nitrous oxide.

Ah, that's how he reached the 500bhp figure then

40bhp due to the special exhaust, and 25% on top of everything from the superchip.

Then some nitrous.

He forgot to add another 50+bhp from the bleed valve though

Now it all makes sense.

I think you'll find that all superchips do to a mkiv is put in a FCD and fit a bleed valve. Godd value for £500 :thumbdown
