Induction kits

I have read a great deal on here re: these kits and I have to agree that having one in a hot engine bay is not good. On my last car we managed to site it in front of the rad and got a lovely blast of cool air. Having looked at the supra tonight, is there anyone who has taken the pipework through the inner wing, where the filter sits, and mounted it underneath the headlight. I am sure it would get a good supply of cold air from there. Suggestions??
