Engine internals

Hi i'm just about to have my engine rebuilt and am wondering what sort of power the jza80 engine internals can take reliably. Will they be ok for 600bhp (hkst51r turbo) if not can anyone suggest alternatives, sources and costs?

I think I remember a thread on here quoting 500 on stock internals. But don't quote me - my memory is getting more worse the older I get! :D

I can get HKS forged pistons and rods at a very good price from here in HK, pm me if interested.

Could I ask why you are having the engine rebuilt? Because that may determine what you need to change
