Revitalising suspension

My car has now done 84000 miles and the handling from the front of the car has become a bit vague and wallowy.

I have ordered new bilstein dampers but was thinking of changing all the bushes for polyurethane ones.

I wondered whether any members have done this already and how they found it afterwards in terms of handling and ride quality.

thank you ta

Col, I replaced all my front bushes with TRD ones and all the rear links/arms with new Toyota ones. Made a huge improvement to the handling of the car, see write up [thread=34663]HERE[/thread]

I would definitely recommend doing this when you fit the new Bilsteins.

I am looking at bushes as well but i doubt i could afford the trd ones, i have no job and cant justify the expense unfortunately  . I have looked at mvp's website and have seen the r2 racing control arm bushing kit for the front and rear, is anyone using this?
