TRD3000GT Posted June 15, 2005 Share Posted June 15, 2005 I need a new key that looks like this from the back.. http://www.janis.or.jp/users/toshiaki/MCU15W/LEXUS/L_key2.jpg the front of the key has two buttons 'lock' - 'unlock' The buttons work and I really want a replacement the same.. I think this key is the same on all facelift cars.... OR could someone help me program the transponder in this key so that the lock and unlock buttons work on my car ? It states the buttons are only for look, but whats the point... dangerous brain Posted June 16, 2005 Share Posted June 16, 2005 I've got one of these as well. The inside of mine is empty ie no transponder. I went to a specialist alarm fitter and they said I wouldn't be able to get anything that fitted in there that could be programmed.
