hi folks, no way is searchin gonna find this, despite trying for 20 minutes with different terms!

10" wheel on front? can it be done, does it rub wings when turning?? does it kill steering pump/rack? does it ruin handling?

would 8.5" be better?

secondly, 11" wheel on rear? can it be done, does it rub wings?

can wings be rolled? if so where?!

thanks folks

Rob, as T says it's not going to have a good effect on the handling, really depends what you want the car for though, looks or performance.

I suspect that 10" fronts will catch on the inner wing when turning, it'll be possible to make them fit but is it worth it?

I think your fronts are too small t 8.5 if you're gonna be running 10/11 inches at the back!

thats what i was thinking....bleedin CCW, sort yerselves out!!

how will the size difference manifest itself? more rear grip than fornt i know, but what will i feel, what will go wrong?

anyone know about arch rolling? where in UK is it done?

This very handy guide should help... just plug in the numbers you want (width, diameter, offset).

The wheels I just bought are 18x9 front and 18x11 rear. For the rears I had to roll the fender lips and hammer the inner frame rail to avoid rubbing/cutting. For the fronts I had to remove the top screw inside the fender lips. I already had Tein HAs on the car (I think the OEM struts are too wide for those sizes).

Markie,

There are plenty of folks here running 19s. CCW sells 19x10 front and 19x11 rears as their "regular" Supra setup. As for rubbing and worrying about the arches, that is more a function of how low the car is and how wide the wheels are.

Try plugging your #s into the link I provided a couple posts up and see what it tells you. It's a very thorough guide and widely used with great success.
