Help with a bumper

Can anyone run through how to get the front bumper off of a 1996 jap import SZ. I tried today, took the three bolts from both wheel arches, 6 bolts from under the bumper and it was still solid. Please help

you also need to remove both headlights and theres two more nuts either side

where are the other two nuts?

you can do it without taking the headlights out, but it's so much easier. The nuts hold on studs that are at the top of the rear edge both sides.

I'm used to using my hands in tight holes so didn't find it too hard with the lights in lol. Hope the attachment helps a bit.

Have you removed the plastic screws that sit underneath the rubber where the bumper meets the bonnet?

dont forget the 6 plastic clips in the mouth opening for the rad if its a stock bumper

have not done any of that. looks like the rest of my sunday is taken up.

Good luck mate. i did this when i was fitting my mesh and it literally took most of the day to take off. On the plus side, once you know where all the screws go, it only takes half hour to put back on. IIRC there were 2 in the engine bay, 3 just in front of each wheel and the six inside the mesh area. think thats all but i could well be wrong. My memory aint my strong point.
