I bought an Alpine a few months ago, fitted new speakers , new speaker cable with brackets, dynamat etc. Spent quite some time fitting them properly.

Very disappointed with the results, the Alpine head unit isn't easy to set up, just too complicated for normal people - not very user friendly at all.

No simple controls for adjusting bass etc.

I just wanted good quality sound, don't like thumping bass but it just hasn't got much at all!

How do I simply add more bass and improve the sound?????????
