Walnut Dash Question

I haven't got my Supra here today, so I can't check, but...

Is the walnut dash simply another set of dash pieces that are stuck onto the existing black dash?

If so, could you take the walnut part off & re-furbish / paint the black part underneath?

Or....am I imagining things & it's exactly the same as the black one in that it lifts off as full units & there is nothing underneath?

Can anyone check, or has anyone taken theirs off?

Thanks

Walnut dash *shakes head* what were they thinking?!

I know, I know :) I'm pretty sure some people like it though.

Have just bought a spare dash to get sprayed silver, so when I take mine off I guess I'll have the original dash underneath (albeit needing a little TLC) & the walnut pieces if they do indeed come off in one piece!

Were the UK walnut ones full dash pieces, or stick ons as well?
