had a walbro fitted last week. I know its a 'safety' mod to make sure you dont run lean, but im wondering if there is any bhp gain if any from fitting a walbro?

If you're running standard boost you shouldnt have any run lean issues anyway. Its only if you're running higher PSI so I doubt it will have any affect at all on a standard car.

None at all. The fuel pressure regulator will still only supply a constant pressure to the rail. The only benefit to this is if your fuel pump can't supply the volume of fuel to create the pressure that the fuel pressure regulator is set to, in which case you could end up running lean.
Fitting a larger/newer pump could well fix this, if running lean is a problem, but in doing so it will actually rob power, but it will give you better engine lengevity.

i wouldnt say it robs power tbh, car feels a lot more responsive
