Hi guys,

Had a blitz bov fitted on the weekend.

From what i can tell its not dumpng at all, its on a hardpipe on the ic piping if that helps (where everyone else has it!).

The stock one is still in place and i can hear that fine.

Is there any adjustment required on these? Sometihng simple i could try?

Thanks!

Hmmm :sly: I wonder if that is venting the boost before the Blitz one?

Dunno how to adjust a Blitz BOV but the HKS one has a nut you slacken off and then a bolt you move to make it open earlier or later...

Take the vacume hose off the std bov, see if the Blitz's works then.

Cheers lads, will give it a go.

From memory, i think theres about 3 hoses going into the stock bov, can't find a pic but can someone point me in the direction of the right one to remove?

Although i guess a bit of trial and error shouldn't hurt..... :looney:

disconnect the smallest one, connect it to the Blitz BOV

This is the same on my one, however, I think the blitz one is seized. I have the Sard one in the stock position, do you think its worthwhile blocking that up and trying to "force" the blitz one to work or is it deffo likely seized.

If you take the vac hose off the stock one it will then leak under boost. My advice is take the Blitz one off and sell it.... ;)

The blitz bov is mounted down the other side of the engine!

Guess i could run a hose across? Or can i block off this hose and then the pressures vented by the blitz? (Random attempt at being techie)

Remove totally th original BOV and block both large hoses with caps / bungs. Run the small pipe to the new BOV, wait for it to fail or play up ;)
