power steering again!!

hello,

 

at nurburgring and the power steering has failed again, its only just been refurbed by CW , its a garage whiftbitz and the reservoir is behind the headlight and the power steering cooler is behind the intercooler,

 

it has DEX fluid and today has died again i always get issues with the PS ,

 

is the cooler in the wrong place ?

Mate if the cooler is behind the intercooler its basically ineffective isnt it. Relocate it so it gets cool air. Should be running dexron iii. The pump is vane pump. Usually the only work they need is the gasket kit as its leaking or a new bearing if it goes. Check the reservoir mesh is clean. If its blocked thatll help burn new fluid quicker

Yes mate running dex3 , where’s best place to put it ? Il have to check it all when I’m back
