Bilstein B6 shocks

Ill have to stick with stock springs as going 1mm lower will scrape going in the garage. I just hope it is the shock absorbers that knocking once ive bought them. The previous owner was a mechanic and he said it was the front shocks and im thinking hes right as the knocking seems to be a little less when its warmer weather as though the pressure rises slightly
