I think the standard one might be on its way out ?

If i lift off of the accelerator during full throttle the car sometimes jolts forwards a bit - nothing major just uncomfortable. I've been told that a BOV could solve the problem?

what do you think ?

Also i'm looking on Ebay there is a lot of choice, what do you recommend? is it worth getting a universal fitting (as they're cheaper) or one specifically for Supras.

I've got Jspec only mod is a MBC running about 1.0 bar. (had this problem before fitting the MBC and after)

Ive got a Brand new Blitz SS dual drive BOV knocking around if your interested, brought it thinking I was gonna use it and never did.......its universal though so you neet to weld to your intercooler piping :cool:

weld to the intercooler !?!? - sounds a big job, is it ?

A confident mechanic could do it for you.......thats the difference between a universal and a kit......the kit is designed to mount straight up the universal needs to be welded to a flange then onto your intercooler piping :p

The HKS SSQ work well upto BPU++ level as do the late style Blitz.

can it be mounted else where then Terry.......a guy iI know who works for TM engineering told me thats where I need to fit the universal BOV, thought it was strange when he said it :complain: .....Where is the correct place to mount tez??

yeah you just buy a weld on flange. Near the TB is nice with the HKS type, that side of the IC, but any hard pipe location is good.
