Gates do the thermostat for a good price, automatic tensioner to. Funnily enough mate id recommend a blue print brand oil filter over the K&N. I used to use K&N but the blueprint filters are far superior in build/ magnet quality. Same as toyotas id say and could have one for around a fiver! id recommend a Febest crank pulley simply becasue ive never had trouble with one and the price is noticable compared to toyota...

Its always worthwhile checking with your local Toyota dealership as well, particularly if you can throw part numbers their way; they seem to be impressed by that such that a discount automatically pops up. I just bought 5l of the Toyota Red Coolant concentrate from the local dealership for £18 and some bolts for £1.35 which seems pretty reasonable to me.

People increasingly forget about doing a coolant change which I believe is maintenance scheduled for every 2 years. That is risking rusting in that hard to get to heater matrix. So you might want to add in a OEM coolant change out especially seeing you are changing the water pump anyway.
