ditching the air-con

im not a fan of air-con and have always tried to buy cars without or remove it if present so was wondering how easy this was to do on the supra tt?does it differ between uk and jap models?what sort of weight saving would be made?

Just removed mine, everything except the pump. Did this more for rad cooling than weight saving although the HUGE pile of bits does weigh a lot! Was going to remove the pump also, but it shares a mount with the power strg pump so i left it until i pull the engine next time.
Anyone need an aircon system?

Would Ya Be Able To Find Out The Total Weight Of The Bits?interested In Knowing The Weight Saving Plus I Would Be Ditching The Rear Seats And The Leather So Would Make A Usefull Performance Increase
