What you will need for the conversion:

Clutch pedal

Clutch fork

Throw out bearing

5 speed manual propshaft (auto is a different length)

Parts that are nice to have but not absolutely necessary:

Brake pedal (can just trim down the auto pedal)

Manual ECU (auto will work fine, but iirc cuts some timing vs the manual ecu)

Bits you'll want to buy new and should not be re-used:

Spigot bearing

Flywheel bolts

I think that's everything.

not really sure, i read somewhere that apparently you have to cut and splice a couple wires if using the auto loom. Correct me if i am wrong but I think the neutral safety switch wire is one of them?

The auto and manual ecu's are a pretty much a plug and play swap with the exception being that the auto loom will require some minor wiring, the starter inhibiter will need to be spliced (just jump these two wires together on the loom), and the wires for the reverse light sensor will need to be wired to the dedicated plug on the gearbox, its very easy and straight forward.
