Hi Everyone , my names is Andy , I'm new to this forum and this is my first post.

I 'm looking for a Supra to buy.

I'm looking for single turbo with around 500bhp with veilside body in black and with all the good toys fitted.

Can anyone recommend a good importer or specialist to go to.

Cheers , and thanks for any replies

Andy

That's a very specific requirement. There aren't that many singles around, and once you start specifying the colour and exact bodykit  then you narrow the field even further!

You might be better simply looking for a cheapish car and then plan to have the single and bodykit fitted. You wouldn't have to worry about things like shagged turbos either.

I'd try finding a Single equipped in Black...then fit the truely awful Veilside kit later.

Look up JURGEN on here he could help, as could Newera Imports and GT-Culture.

(Sorry to the Veilside owners but I only like the sideskirts and spats)

Thanks guys

I guess i am being very specific. I not keen on white but the car with the T78 on the link above is tempting......what a monster and for sale at 15K

I have 20K to spend and I didn't think I'd get much change from that.

Which is going to be the thing when I come to sell it in the future. People like you will stick your ore in and devalue the car. I got lucky cause the guy was desperate and Jake stopped bidding against me. I'm not, but I expect comments like that will ruin it for me.... :swear:

Yay...

now getting back on thread.

ROFL I dont know what you intend to do, I thought it was THE car to own (looking at your sig), not just an investment. Besides it should only be sold at the rate that others of similar spec go for..

People like me sticking my ore in? I dont see comments like that when the hordes infest most of the cars for sale on this site, especially the UK models, running them down and trying to compare them to JDM models... jesus one harmless comment and you get all bitchy!

I think I missed my smilie face in the original post! :)

I remember you did when Paul Laing tried to sell his car, you and Ian were quite vocal on the history of his car.

Besides, I think you're worrying too much. You've publically stated in the past how much youi paid for it and what turbo kit you've gone with.. anyone can do a search if they want.

Yeah it Don't matter Alex, Rob's just joking around with you, had you bought the car for a £1 or (x) amount it doesn't mean you can't sell it for more than that even if people kow what you paid, personally I would have valued the car at its current state to around 18k

andy i can try and source u a car from japan if u want to got that route, will take time but worth it. send me pm if ur interseted.

i have 3 supras coming to the uk for members on here, if u do a search on my name u will see that members have been very happy on what they have got.

it takes about 10 weeks from purchasing the car in japan to land in uk, the key is finding the right car i have just imported a car for mike b on here it took a month of solid searching but it was worth it, his car is coming via a container so it will be more secure and avoid damage or theft of parts. it costs a little bit more but its worth it and transit time is quicker too
