Michelin Pilot Sports

Had a pair of Michelin Pilot Sports (18/35/285) fitted on the rear the other day. Not had the chance to try them in the wet yet, but very impressed with them in the dry so far. Much better than the Pirrelli P-Zerro Rosso I had on before and the Bridgestone SO-2's before that. Some of this may have to do with the new suspension set up also.

Thanks to all those that recommended them, whose advice I went with  I would definitely recommend them to others.

AFAIK the PS2 is 6 Months oldish. Supposed to be far better that the first. It will have it written on the tyre I think

Edit:

Terry, correction they are the same as the ones in the first picture, are these the new ones?

Yeah, i was just enquiring, when I picked mine up they were N4, and the old ones were N2, ie, Porsche tested tyres for 2004 (n4)/2002 (n2) I thought?

Are you saying they're djust ifferent compounds and the number doesnt represent a model upgrade or something? :) Just wondering :p

Yes they are different compounds etc. I had 3 different N specs P Zero's on the back of the purple car and prefered the N2's hence me suggesting N2's.
