Peter x3 10mm bolts to free the reservoir up, you may need to unclip a bit of loom to get to one (you just need to insert a screw driver into part of it and lift.

 

With the reservoir loose you can move it enough (without disconnecting any fluid lines) to create a gap big enough to get your hand down/filter out.

 

Loosening the filter from underneath isn't that easy from memory, you need some height to get your arm up there which isn't easy with jack and stands.

ok guys thanks , ive changed all the PS fluid , last year with the oil , diff , gear box . just couldn't reach the filter , then didn't use the car as work was manic , I wanted to do a good clean up on the under side but I cant get it high enough in my garage , needs a good wire brushing and some paint
