Hi everyone

I have been looking for parts for my supra and have been to Toyota and got the quotes from them.

I have looked at the parts that people have on here

Is there a breakers near the Manchester area?

Where is the best place to get new/second hand parts from

I need

• drivers doors bottom window seal

• fan shroud

• original fuse box cover

• inside window plastic boot trim, the top bit that goes around the window

• rubber seal that sits on the bumper between the bumper and bonnet

• boot gas struts

• bonnet gas struts

• drivers side wheel arch

• air filter bracket

• various clips eg front window guttering clips that are under the bonnet

Please could someone guideme in the right direction

Thanks

As above, second hand parts would generally be Keron at Extreme Performance. Traders on here can source parts too, Whifbitz and SRD being the main ones.

Can also consider Steve Manley at Oxford Toyota. Other than that your options are overseas from the US or elsewhere. Popular choices include Amayama and Megazip.

I generally use Amayama, via their UAE or Japanese warehouses.

• boot gas struts

SGS Engineering do a strut replacement for around £60 but they require the old struts to transplant the fixings onto the new struts. Novak should have the 'club' spare set that is probably available to have a pair refurbed ready to swap over. Thats preferable as the tailgate is heavy and changing one strut at a time is just easier. If you send him a PM he should be able to help you out.

I've been using TCB Parts for years on my various Toyotas.

Very well priced and the most helpful parts people I've ever come across.

If they haven't got it listed on their site, give them a call - they may have it on the shelf

Thanks for that I will give them a call on Monday

I will pm Novak and to sort it out :)
