LOWER SUSPENSION SPRINGS Advice

I'm replacing the standard suspension springs on my UK spec with ones which are stiffened and lower.

I don't want to use coil overs and I'm only using the car for general driving.

The garage say the springs will be 35mm lower than my original springs.

Is that that the normal height reduction, members go for?

Thanks

I bought some new eibach springs for my stock shocks. These lower the car 1.2 inch in the front and 1 inch in the rear, which is perfect in my opinion.

The supra in the link below is lowered on eibach springs. Still have to fit them on my car.
