There are a few companies, in the UK anyway, that specialise in auto electronic component diagnostics and repair. The part is discontinued (55900-14540) so outside of a breaker people are probably going to be reluctant to part with their prized spare except at a 'good' price. There used to be a few for sale on eBay at up to half the new price until the last 12 months, now there are none.
