Seat help

What year model car do you have and what year model are those seats out of? I would look at wiring diagrams and figure it from there on. Probably heated seat function or another adjusting feature which yours doesn't have or someone changed the plug. You could use straight wire to wire connections but covered so they don't short on one another or try and source the correct plug for what you need. If your 3pin plug on your car is OEM, then you need to maybe change the seat plug to a 3 pin as well. I would get some male and female 3 way connectors and populate them with that ensuring the correct wire is connected up with the same and see from there. As I mentioned, best bet would be to work with a wiring diagram so you know what colour is used for what purpose.
