ID2000 injectors

Such massive injectors probably won't allow a very good stable idle and reasonable economy *IF* the engine is for any real road usage. Twin staged injectors would be far better for that, but if it's race only and economy and manners are secondary, they should do the job. As a 1500 BHP 3 or 3.4 litre engine is definitely a race engine with life measured in hours I guess single injector per pot will make things a lot simpler!

Keep it simple and go for big injectors, sod the idle and emissions :) The only reason Cosworth went with dual injectors on the Sierra Cosworth Group A engines was lack of ECU technology to control massive injectors (it wasn't long after the big players like Volvo were using V8 mechanical injection metering heads to deploy enough fuel, so quite crude still) and the need to finish a touring race without a petrol bowser being towed behind :)
