Odometer shows 80 km/h while standing - What did I do?

Hi fellow Supra drivers,

Chris from Germany here with his MKIV Twin Turbo. I just installed new speedometer discs for the only reason it reads 340 km/h ; ) After putting the odometer back together and plugging it back on, the needle showed 80 km/h. I did not drive so far because I did not put together the dashobard back together yet. It shows the 80 km/h even with the ignition turned off. When I try to put down the needle manually to zero, it flips back to about 80 km/h instantly.

What did I do wrong and what can I do to make it right? Picture attached.

Thanks guys!

Chris
