Clean both cam sensor connectors (there are 2 cam position sensors on the intake cam, and one crank position sensor on the front of the crank, bolted to the oil pump casting, low down on the RH side), and the sensor pins with a contact cleaner spray. Check mechanical condition of plug shells and contacts, reassemble. Do the same for the crankshaft position sensor connector which is remote from the sensor itself on a moulded on fly lead, up by the front turbo. Clear codes, see if it comes back. If it does get a garage to use a scope with a lot of memory to look at the signals from these sensors *AT THE ECU*
