HELLBOY666 Posted May 17, 2017 Share Posted May 17, 2017 I'm wanting to get my inlet manifold, rocker covers and a few other bits painted in my engine bay but the alloy wheel company who can cook and powder coat for me said it will only take around 200 degrees should this be enough ??? Tricky-Ricky Posted May 17, 2017 Share Posted May 17, 2017 The only thing that likely to go over 200c is the exhaust manifold and turbo housing, if the engine block reached 200C it would be seriously overheating, think about the oil and coolant temps, oil temp will not go over 120c unless pushed.
