Terrible performance very slow

Hi I am in desperate need of your help!!

It’s a 2jzgte Toyota supra auto now converted to manual (R154)

The Modifications Full Decat, I’m not proud but a eBay special exhaust middle and rear (which I hate) HKS fuel cut defender, blitz dump valve, front mount intercooler, electronic boost controller, induction kit and a lightened flywheel with a standard clutch with a R154 transmission.

The way it drives, after doing the conversion (which was a while ago and tbh I can’t remember it running great back then) to get the car started I had to trick it in to thinking it’s in neutral and connected the two necessary wires together (as I’m sure your aware)so whilst its stood still if i put my foot flat to the floor it will only rev up to approx. 3000 to 4000RPM unless if I press the accelerator on off on off quickly then it will redline. Accelerating say in 2nd gear first turbo is there pulling not amazing but pulling whilst whistling etc. and it will only rev up to about 5000RPM it sounds like its hitting the limiter (I think as its difficult to concentrate) the second turbo will not come online.

I’ve replaced a couple of pipes going to the solenoids (4mm internal depth pipe) in hope that there split and that hasn’t made any difference. One of my thoughts is whilst driving does the car still think it’s in neutral so its limiting the running? I hope I have put in enough info to help the situation and thanks everyone in advance for the help (alternator has also just died id thought I mention that)
