rider Posted April 16, 2017 Share Posted April 16, 2017 Best put in a request with the usual breakers, like Keron, for the air box, intakes and ducting. They don't come up very often and there will be lots of demand going forward as people look to reinstate that OE air box over time and it seems not many got passed on with the cars and must either be sitting on garage shelves forgotten or got binned The same applies to OE steering wheels and road wheels, must have been loads binned and scrapped over the years. Marty Posted April 16, 2017 Share Posted April 16, 2017 Well in mate, car looks lovely, Vvti manual too The hks has a bad reputation for poor filtration that's why its been mentioned a few times - there was a test done on aftermarket filters on Mkiv.com but that's down at the moment so i can't provide you a link. An apexi one is one to go for should you have the urge to follow advice, you won't find a standard vvti airbox for sale unless you're very lucky! Just contact Chris Wilson and get a new foam insert for the HKS. That's what I did.
