Wheel fitment - Before I hit the buy it now button

Sorry for a new thread, but I'm currently hovering over the buy it now button on some new alloys. These are what I am looking at:

Stuttgart ST5:

https://www.lkperformance.co.uk/wheels/stuttgart/6068-ST5-SILVER-POLISHED?rim_size%5B0%5D=18

Front Rear

Size 18"x8.5" 18"x9.5"

PCD 5x114.0 5x114.0

Offset 42 45

Will these definately fit? And would anyone have experience of them clearing LS400 calipers?

Just want to be 100% before going ahead as don't fancy having to mess about sending them back.

The offsets seem sensible but it doesn't always come down to offset, you have to think about spoke design as well. If you can find these fitted to another mk iv then they should be okay. Do you know if they need or come with a spigot ring?

It does mention a free kitting kit that has spiggot rings. What spiggot rings would be needed? I'm guessing the PCD 114 is a standard fitment (pretty sure it is).

I've searched and cannot see anything about these particular wheels being fitted. They seem to share a similar design to the Rota MXR which clear UK spec brakes, but its a completely different brand so can never be sure.
