Daily driving a car with a vented bonnet

So as the title suggests, anyone on here daily driving a car with a vented bonnet? Is it a pain in the ass to keep clean?

I am asking because my Supra i bought as the Seibon carbon replica bonnet and I don't know whether i should get a new oem bonnet or just keep this. I haven't had the long slog with it as of yet. General consensus is people do not like them. For obvious reasons.

Anyone got an experience or any issues they had with them?

I had vented bonnet on rx7 and supra for years and never caused issues generally. Though it did allow water in electrics ocassionally with Rx 7 in rain sometimes.

Interesting. I think the issue with mine is because its fibreglass its not alligned properly so I need to get that done. Water is spraying everywhere on the left side. My engine bay bolts alll need derusting

OEM bonnet with TRD style vents cut into it here. Originally just mesh but it let loads of water in and was a pain to keep clean and things got rusty. Went single so got some rain guards made and they help a lot, but water does still collect in the undertray a bit. Cleaning is quite easy though and a damp cloth usually does the trick, apart from the shiny stuff
