Toyota Discount Rejected

Hello, ordered a few parts from Toyota yesterday and I when I brought up I get 10% discount because I'm on this forum (have done it a few times before) and this time they said they don't accept it? The person claimed too of asked management. What can I do to get the 10% as it's an order worth a couple hundred pounds and could do with the 10% off.

I may be wrong but I don't think the club membership automatically gives you a 10% discount at any/every Toyota dealer.

It all depends on the parts ordered not the amount spent.

 

I usually get a discount from my local Toyota but depending on the part(s) this can range anywhere from 0%-20% discount. It's never a given that I will receive the discount and I always ask before ordering.

 

At the end of the day you need to remember discount is a perk reserved for trade customers not the public.

I've never once mentioned the forum, but over the years they have always given me the max discount they can per part as I'm always returning. Try another dealership
