UK Brake upgrade - The List

Well this has been around my mind for a while, and think it might be a project for next year when i have a week off to doodle around.

 

Ive come up with the part numbers/list from the EPC but i want to know what i really need. Id like to do the job properly to fit the rear disc shield as i hear alot of people just trim and slip them on - NO NO for me, has anyone got a list of whats really needed? do i need all these little bits and such ive listed?

I remember hearing that if you do the job properly on the rear you might want to fit new wheel bearings? do you need to for the front also?
