antifreeze leak?

I went racing at the weekend at santa pod and before i left i checked my fluids and noticed i was very low on antifreeze, i took it easy on the way home as i didnt have any toyota red antifreeze and toped up when i got back. i just checked again tonight and was very low again, ive toped up again and its half way through the top up bottle after a 5 mile drive. ive checked for leaks and there is no sign of any. could this be that i was just so low that its taking a few fill ups (even thought i check my fluids regular)

Is it best to fill the bottle or the rad?

Plus my heater takes a long time to kick in since the weekend, any connections?

I would suggest that you rad cap is not holding pressure.

Fill the rad, run for a while stop and top up.
