Satisfying day cleaning the Supra - Question about boot tools

Hi everyone,

Today I completely stripped the boot and rear seats and gave everything a good clean, very satisfying!

I also fitted some items that I recently bought:

  • Boot blind I bought from suprano
  • New rear seatbelt buckles I already had
  • New facelift rear lights, tailgate trim, Whifbitz carbon bonnet lifters, front air intake (Mine had a had snapped where it screws onto the engine bay) All from keron
  • Various missing screws from around the door cards that keron kindly gave me, when I visited him to collect all my goodies

Anyway I'd like to know if I missing any original tools from the boot, I think I have everything on the right side but there's a few gaps on the left side - Does anything know what I'm missing?

Thanks

Carl

Right side, yes. Left side you're missing the smaller spanner (8 & 10mm). The rear most part I think is only used by the aero tops and the roof tool is stored there.

I've never seen the other cut out filled apart from when people put the passenger side flare in there (which probably are way beyond their useful life by now!)

There were lots of options for things like first aid kits which the rest of the spaces might have been reserved for.

Seriously, where do people find those diagrams on toyodiy? Can only look at lists of part numbers.

You need a VIP account or look at the site through a proxy server. The parts diagrams are blocked to UK is addresses it's something to do with Toyota not wanting people from the UK to see the diagrams for some reason, there's a thread about it on here somewhere.

Thanks Homer!

I'll ask keron if he's got an OEM spanner. My flare is still in it's holder in the passenger footwell

Theres a OEM sparkplug tool which goes in the LH side foam, Keron has them on the shelf

Perfect, thank you for the information - Looking forward to getting all the OEM tools back in place
